As a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, you will learn how to train the staff to be better equipped to respond faster to each resident if an issue or situation arises. As a result, resident life is more homely and empowering for the residents, in their day to day lives, with assistance.
Valorian Education will prepare you as a CALA how to lead your standup meetings each morning for the first 15 minutes with all departments.
