Services

As a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, you will learn how to train the staff to be better equipped to respond faster to each resident if an issue or situation arises.  As a result, resident life is more homely and empowering for the residents, in their day to day lives, with assistance.

Valorian Education will prepare you as a CALA how to lead your standup meetings each morning for the first 15 minutes with all departments.

The Services we will provide to you are the skills you need to fully understand the services you will provide to your residents, family members, staff, eternal providers and to maintain the facility as a Certified Assisted Living Administrator.

We personally understand how important it is to have a schedule that is feasible and stressless to obtain your goal of passing the PSI state exam and learning strategies to provide great customer service.  We have streamlined the class by providing class instruction through e-learning as well as independent study as a combination for Success For All!
